Overview
The Cape Town Extension programme is an “Add-On” option for those clients who have completed one of our George based Conversational English programmes and wish to extend their Experiential Learning experience.
A special Cape Town Extension itinerary will provide ample opportunities to practise your Conversational English skills even further.
On the 450km journey from George to Cape Town you will have ample time to visit interesting and scenic attractions along the way. From your Cape Town base, daily excursions will be undertaken over the next five days that will leave you with a lasting impression of this iconic city. View the city from a helicopter; visit the world-renowned Cape Point Nature Reserve and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens; learn about the Old City history and culture on a day-long guided tour; view the seals and penguins from up close; visit the Winelands of the Cape and enjoy traditional meals at trendy restaurants.

Accommodation
For the 4 Star Option guests are accommodated on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis in a centrally located 4 Star Rated Hotel in the city centre. This hotel is ideally situated to explore the city at your leisure.
The 2 Star Option is for the more budget conscious and guests will be housed on a shared basis in dormitory-style self-catering accommodation in an upmarket suburb of Cape Town only 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre. All necessary kitchen facilities are available for the preparation of meals.
